Huis Ten Bosch Henn na Hotel

Amazing park and a lot of activities that I bet kids love it too much. the Hen na Hotel and Hen na Cafe attracted our attention.

The rooms and toilets are spotless. Lovely environment and concept, but the most annoying thing is that the free hotel parking lot is 10mins away from the hotel. The parking spaces at the venue is not free and charges 1,500 yen for 24 hours.

It was fine really. We went for the quirkiness of this being a “robot hotel” I think we were just expecting a little more for the price tag. Huis ten Bosch seemed to be the only noteworthy thing and to be honest, we didn’t exactly know it existed until we got there. I feel like your paying more for the location to be close to Huis ten Bosh than for the hotel itself.

This isn't an ordinary hotel, which is a brand new robotic hotel. That's means the hotel try to minimized involvement of human staff, so you'll check-in and check-out by yourself through robots and machines. It makes this hotel so attractive, especially for my kids. The hotel is clean and comfortable, room is clean and cozy. Highly recommend the restaurant Aura, it's a nice place to start a new fresh day.

Figure that hotel accommodation is more about quality service and human touch. The feeling of security is important and therefore, it’s creating a bit of insecurity when guest is surrounded by gadgets that suddenly talk to you ... which may or may not hv camera - evolution of technology Vs human adaptation

I was book wrong day. I arriveled at 9:00 pm. At Nagasaki station. My kids are so tired after 6 hours on Shinkansen . So we went to a closer hotel. They are not refund because of the hotel policy.

I paid extra to have breakfast included in my reservation. However after arriving I was told by the staff this hotel DOES NOT provide breakfast. So in Addition to paying extra for this service I had to then go find a restaurant & pay out of pocket for breakfast. The hotel was overpriced for what was included.

This is a once in a lifetime experience! The hotel has robots that check you in and out and other ones you can interact with. There's a robot in your room named "Julie" that speaks both in English and Japanese that controls lights, air conditioning and can even sing you a song! I cannot help to rammble but...The beds are super soft. The bath is larger than most Japanese baths. The toilet is a state of the art bidet. The restaurant Aura grows their own vegetables and it's delicious. There is even a bar that serves you electronicly, along with a large section of vending drinks. Finally, there's a robot orchestra that plays every 15:00, 16:00 & 21:00. If you are in the area, this is worth the price and the trip!

スタッフの対応が極端に違う。 年配の男性→非常に丁寧で親切 若い女性→真顔で聞いた事だけ答えるとその場から直ぐ居なくなる アメニティの改善が必要。リンスインシャンプーはないと思う。
