good location, good service

The hotel itself is nice and at a decent location. It is relatively quiet if your room is not facing the street. When I was trying to check in at the time Expedia suggested, 1 pm, the reception told me the check in is at 2 pm because all rooms are full. At check in, the first question reception asked me was "coronavirus?". Im not sure if this was a joke, but I definitely didn't feel welcome.

First rate amenities and the balcony for the executives suites is a bonus for my tan.

A lot of shopping around. Easy check in and check out

Perfect for corporate travelers who want an apartment like setting in Casa.

The staff is excellent on all levels and the amenities are top notch. Reminds me of New York City living with everything walkable or by taxi.

Good location... near shops and markets. The staff was cordial and helpful. I've stayed here previously in a much larger suite with a view of the street but this time I had a junior suite facing the back of the building. Room was comfortable... love the daily fruit and water delivery.

One of the best rooms we stayed in a hotel. It is too bad it was only for one night because we would have stayed there for at least 1 week! Beautiful suite. We were really spoiled with the complimentary upgrade!
