Overall the property was dated in need of an upgrade. The “Ocean View” was partial. Pools were very cold but this could be due to it being the shoulder season definitely not heated. Staff was friendly and helpful. We found the food to be very bland but this seemed to be across many locations visited not just the resort. I would not purchase the full board again if I was to stay here, breakfast was the only meal that was potentially worth it.

L'appartement etait tres propre. Literie de bonne qualité. Le mobilier etait assez ancien et le coin cuisine pourraitbetre amélioré. Les femmes de ménage passent tous les 2 jours pour changer les serviettes et tous les 4 jours pour faire le menage. We had a very positive experience at Playa Parc. The service was great at the reception and the swimming pool bar. The cleaning personnel was extremely helpful. It was very easy to find a parking space every time. Everything went smoothly.
