Location is great if you want to be close to Mondello Beach. Staff are lovely, warm and helpful. Pool is clean and well sized. But everything else about this property is quite dingy and limited. The food, especially the breakfast, was poor. The beds were dreadful. And the rooms and hallways are gloomy. This hotel is in dire need of a renovation and some investment in services.

Excellent hotel in a quiet location, convenient swimming pool and rooms with air conditioning. Staff always friendly, relaxing breakfast and a good restaurant too. The beach is at a pleasant walking distance and there are also many excellent local restaurants at a walking distance too. Definitely recommended.

Could be so much more!
The room need too be modernaste, it had a bad smell of mold and just old air. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. The atrium yard could have been so much cozier, now it was just a ball room with plastic chais and tables. Walking distance to Mondello beach and town.

Nice familly type Hotel Friendly staff. Hotel is a bit dated but has this sicilian charm Nice and quite pool area, really enjoyed it when coming back from our days out 10 mn walk from the see. 8 minutes walks to bus stop 806 that takes you in center palermo for 1€50 im 20 minutes

Convenient as near airport but was not satisfied with staff check in service. I had called 2 days prior to confirm it would be ok to pick me up at airport with the shuttle service offered was told it was out of normal hours but to call and would be fine, we called when we landed and was told no this isn’t possible. Forcing us to take a cab and spending double the expected price. Staff wasn’t very friendly we speak well Italian have no issues anywhere else weve been and she kept reverting to English only I found it quite rude

Kein 3 Sterne Hotel und niemand dort der deutsch spricht (beides wird auf Expedia behauptet) Alles schon sehr alt und runter gekommen. Frühstück eine einzige Katastrophe. Jeden Tag das gleiche und nur eine Wurst und Käse. Vom Personal habe ich mich mehrmals abgezockt gefühlt.

Tutto perfetto, dalla camera alla colazione, alla posizione al servizio e al personale, gentile e disponibile. L’unico appunto che posso fare è che non forniscono asciugamani per la spiaggia ai clienti, anche quando richiesti: penso che farlo sarebbe utile e comunque una carineria, visto che spesso non si riescono a portare viste le dimensioni del bagaglio!
