Friendly staff, very on point with the cleaning, good food. There's a Maxi Pali a block away and the area is pretty safe as well.

I was a little worried about the location when I drove up but once inside the hotel property it was quiet and safe. Check in was flawless with help carrying my bags to the room. The room was spotlessly clean with a comfortable king size bed. I was really happy to take the first hot shower I'd had in a week as most of Nicaragua doesn't have hot water. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was great although not cheap by Nicaragua standards. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Would definitely stagy there again.

Beautiful! But I felt so sorry for the macaw parrot in the parking lot. It was all alone in a very small cage☹️

The hotel was very nice and clean, but needs some improvements: 1. Limited outlets in the room. The only outlet I found was in the bathroom, and next to the bed. Bring a surge protector that offers extra outlets to charge your electronics. 2. Internet was horrible. I mean horrible. I could get it to work, then the signal would drop, and I would have to turn off wi-fi and turn it back on. Very frustrating. 3. The food is very reasonably priced, will even deliver to your room (tip added and called voluntary), but no consideration of food allergies. Decided to order at the bar by the pool for a change, and first, I waited forever, then what they brought me was not what I ordered. I showed the menu and said that the pork/bacon is not on the sandwich I ordered, and the bartender just shrugged his shoulders and said they are out of the other sandwich. I told him that pork makes me ill, and he told me to just take it off my sandwich. Since I couldn't eat it and don't like food to go to waste, gave it to the first stray dog I found. Made the dog's day. After that I went back to ordering from the restaurant, as the service was much faster, and kinder there. Other than those three items, everything was great. Limited English speaking employees. No full size mirror in the room. Some traffic noise, occasional plane noise. Room was small but very clean. Breakfast included.

This was a great spot right by the airport! I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool and bar, but it was just a quick visit before leaving. The airport shuttle was right on time when we needed it, and the restaurant was delicious. The room was comfortable, clean and stylish and had hot showers, which was a luxury after a week+ of only cold showers!

This is the hotel I always stay in here in Managua. The staff is friendly and the amenities are great. Most of the staff is bilingual so it makes it easy to communicate.
