Apartments du Louvre - Le Marais

Great location. Loved the central air. Very clean apartment. Comfortable beds. Large rooms. Safe area and building. Nice balconies with large windows. Close to Metro. Shower had some missing tiles near the floor drain. Toilet was a little wobbly. Overall excellent value for the money.

Service / advice was readily provided by the staff via Whatsapp. But condition of the flat was only passable. Ok for a short stay.

Note that this review is for Apartments du Louvre: St Honoré and for a 1 bedroom. We originally booked a studio at the Marais location but decided to upgrade to a 1 bedroom just one day before, trying our luck for more space and more comfort as we were travelling with a 2 yo child. We also ended up arriving at the wrong address because of an error wee made (they have to locations close by but same management). They were great and were able to accommodate our upgrade at the St Honoré location and gave a discount for the upgrade. The 1 bedroom apartment was fantastic for its location and for the fact that we were able to just relax there, cook something for dinner after a day of exploring. We had access to all we needed within a 3 blocks radius a grocery store, cafes and restaurants. The subway is just a block away. Quite a few things need to be taken care of as for the amenities such as a light bulb not working in the bathroom, some dust underneath furniture, a dishwasher that doesn't work well (needed to rewash most of the dishes), broken cooking vent/hood/light and a broken washing machine. On the plus side they supported us on all our requests and allowed us to use their washing machine and dryer to do our laundry (no dryer in the apartment so a plus there to no have to go to the laundromat). They also help order a taxi for us when we were leaving. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone if they fix the appliances.
