New Moon Guesthouse

Decent location! About 20 minute walk to all the locations. Walls are VERY thin. You can hear everything & I'm a deep sleeper. Rooms are modern but a little dirtier than I expected. I only paid €55 a night, so definitely worth the money paid. I would stay there again!

The room was large and spacious. Fantastic location to explore Rome either on foot or by the Metro. Staff were friednly and helpful.

Hard to find as no visible signage on building, but good location close to restaurants and bus stops for a short commute to the train station and surrounding tourist spots. Very clean and modern room with an extremely comfortable bed, however no breakfast available and view is of a carpark (expected though). Reception times are only in the afternoon/evenings so makes it hard to communicate with local knowledge however when the staff are working they are extremely helpful.

Hotel staff were very helpful, location was good, unfortunately the room itself had no basic ammenities eg. no drinking glasses, no tea or coffee making facilities. Towel rail fell off the wall, the drains had a very unpleasant odour and the mini bar had a resident spider as it was not working and lastly the airport transfer that was pre booked by the staff for us, decided not to turn. Admittedly this not the hotel or staffs fault, I would recommend the hotel look for an alternative transport company so as not to have unhappy guests luckily we had allowed plenty of time to get to the airport

The staff was friendly and the bed was comfy. The floors in the room hadn't been swept prior to us and were never swept the entire 4 day stay. The vent in the bathroom had years of dust collected on it. There is no working heat, so it was around 10 degrees inside. We had to sleep in coats. The location is good, but uber or taxis can never seem to find it.

Overall, our stay was good. The only problems we had was poor wifi and not a lot of hot water. We told the person at the desk about the wifi and they were able to fix it though. There also wasn't much hot water. If I took a shower, my friend couldn't take one right after me without hers turning cold. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable so we were happy. The people at the desk were very nice, accommodating, and helpful.

The hotel is clean and rooms are ample. Very limited services. Overall is good and price is excellent
