An extremely unique and comforting home from home. Situated in a fabulous area superb for transport links and some wonderful local restaurants. Room located in a gorgeous old Roman building. Mauricio the host was fabulous and inviting and always willing to be flexible and share his knowledge of the area.

Easier than easy
I took the train to Rome Ostiense station on purpose to stay at this place. I knew it was around the corner from the station, so I avoided having to take a cab. Maurizio was great. Good communication. He uses WhatsApp so We could call or text and I received the photo of the front door and address with good instructions. The place is exceptionally clean with cute IKEA decor in red and white. It’s the most organized place I’ve been in. I was instructed on how to use all the remotes. Every tv remote is different, so that was helpful. They have Netflix. There is a/c, but also openable windows. Traffic dies down at night, so you can open the window. They even provide a razor and face tonic, along with bath gel and shampoo. The kitchen is communal, but they have everything laid out for you by room number. Breakfast of yogurt, fresh fruit, milk and cereal, juices, brioches, crostata, etc. Honor system for a beer, etc. Maurizio was super helpful when I thought I had left my covid test results there. Alas, I found it in a very unlikely place. I’d stay again for sure.

Grazie mille, Maurizio!
I was in Rome for a conference in late February and came across this lovely place in my searches. I was not disappointed. The room was quite spacious with a balcony – and considering it was facing the street, I found it not noisy at all. Comfy bed, fresh towels, fast wifi, Netflix. The room looked exactly as shown on the web and the host, Maurizio, was very pleasant and hospitable, quick to reply to queries and very accommodating and helpful. Jada who assisted in the check-in was equally very pleasant. The breakfast was quite good with a lot of options (egg, ham, cheese, toast/pastry, cereals, fruits, yogurt, juice and coffee) and the kitchen well-equipped and very clean. The place is in a nice neighborhood, surrounded by great restaurants, 24 hr grocery, bakery, gelateria, among others, and is in proximity to bus/subway station. I truly enjoyed my stay here – grazie mille, Maurizio! – Maria

Looks exactly like the photos! Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights, and it was absolutely perfect. Right near a metro station, two stops away from the colosseum, opposite to gelato shop& take away pizzas. Hotel was kept immaculately, bathroom was kept clean as well as clean towels every day. We had our own bathroom in the balcony room however even the communal bathroom was still well kept. Staff are incredibly helpful, in fact the intro is quite longwinded but ideal for first timers to Rome. 100% will recommend to our friends. Hope to stay again when we next visit Rome.

Bellisimo Rome
Wonderful place to stay, very comfortable and warmly welcome with such a beautiful gem of Rome. Room is very clean and complete with TV (netflix), hanger, air conditioner, bluetooth speaker, cable charger. I almost don't have to unpack anything except my clothes. Shared kitchen is fully equip and ready to be used, with water kettle, pan, coffee maschine, etc. Breakfast is more than enough, I even packed some as snacking during the day. Coffee, tea, juice is available. Washmachine to do some laundry. Bathroom is very clean with all amenities you could possibly need. Location is not in the city center but is easily accesible by direct connection of tram, metro or bus. Direct connection to the Airport from Ostiensee, approximately 30 min. Property is directly behind Ostiensee Station but there is no direct pathway so I had to circle the station to get to the property, tricky to find at the first time but Maurizio is really helpful to welcome you. Really enjoy my stay here. higly recomended. Thank you so much Maurizio

Very accomodating and friendly
Maurizio is super responsive and helpful on whatsapp chat. The room was very clean and has everything you need. The kitchen is always full of snacks and various beverages. B&B easy offers great value for money. I would definitely stay here if I come back to rome. The only downside is 4 units sharing 1 bathrooms but we didn't have to wait for bathroom much during our stay. The area is quite quiet and not too close to the attractions but it's only 10min walk to metro and train terminal.

Excellent stay
It was excellent stay. It had free self service Breakfast and had Gluten free items were available. Nespresso expresso maker with supplies and regular coffee maker. Breakfast had everything like juices, milk, biscuits , cookies, croissant, jams and Nutella And yogurts and more. The staff were very helpful, and allowed us to leave our luggages after checked out so we could do city sight seeing. Excellent designs and very clean.

Detta var ett extremt bra B&B. Bra service, mycket bra information. Läget är perfekt, några minuters promenad från tågstation samt Metro. Bekvämligheterna i rummet var fantastiska både med extremt bra WiFi samt mobilladdare för olika telefoner. Frukosten som ingick var bättre än förväntat. Ägaren gav bra och tydliga råd och rekomendationer. Vi kommer inte att tveka boka detta igen vid nästa besök i Rom.
