Great place to stay, very central and close to parque lleras. Highly recommend.

It's a great location near Parque Lleras in the Poblado. The hotel is very nice - quite small. The staff are friendly. We had a great room with a private terrace and a large hot-tub. We truly loved it out there and it was nice to soak in the tub after a day exploring Medellin. The breakfast was pretty bad (unless you eat eggs - they do make omelettes to order). The coffee and continental selections were bad, but you can go across the street for a better cheap breakfast. Also wish the room got colder. We set the AC to 19 and it never really went below 23. All-in-all, it feels like a great AirBnb in a great part of the city, so I'd recommend it - has a small apartment feel.

Excellent location. Nice clean room, friendly staff. The hotel needs to get better towels, this is my second time there and last time I experienced the same thing, the towels are old and the saw better days. Breakfast offered is pathetic, cold coffee, old fruit, and they run out of food before breakfast is over. Also, please leave a spare toilet paper tissue in the bathroom, not very comfortable needing one and not having it... overall, I like it and I'll go back, hopefully next time they will have decent towels.

Nice clean comfortable rooms in great location. Room was small though . We had a nice private deck to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings although construction workers working right next to us during the day . Excellent customer service and they do take their top rating seriously ! Breakfast was excellent!

Great location for walking around the City. Staff are very friendly. We were able to check in early without any problems. Breakfast was really good. Eggs cooked to order plus cereal, fruits, pancakes, juice, coffee and pastries. Rooms are comfortable, but sound travells quite well and when the disco is going next door, the thumping of the bass can be heard in the rooms.

I liked the exemplary customer service provided at check in. They demonstrated professionalism even in the face of multiple requests in my one night stay. Great tv channel selection. Room was basic and modern. Shower was excellent! Fridge was stocked with drinks and there were snacks right above it. It’s so helpful to not have to leave a property after a grueling travel day. The facade is understated which maybe is intentional. I appreciated how it blended in with the hostels around it. It is what it advertises to be: good quality and a competitive price for folks not willing to dish out $160 a night to stay at the charlee hotel or another high priced one because of the proximity to parque lleras. It’s still within walking distance and is safe from the noise. Having stayed at an AirBnB and other hotels, I have to say: “for the modern hip traveler that enjoys a bargain rate, I do not think you can do better in America”.
