Hassan and his friends (the people working there) were all very talkative, so if you’re into making new friends and learning a few arab words as you go along this is the riad for you! Unfortunately we weren’t, we just wanted to relax when we got there. First night we got sent to a different riad next door as our room ‘was not ready’, and that riad was great! Nice bathroom, cool aircondition and a big bed. When we finally got to Riva Riad the next day, the pool was tiny, and it did not feel right to go there in a bikini, as it was in the middle of the riad, where everyone would eat as well. It was kinda annoying, as we were both looking forward to swimming some in the pool, but swimming is impossible in such a small pool. The room itself is another story. The sheets were spotty and I do not even want to think about what those spots were, and our shower overflooded (which they fixed quite quickly when made aware I must add). Air condition can barely be called air condition, as it wasn’t cold, so in July our room was very hot! The bed was also short so our feet would poke out the end. They didn’t really seem aware of our reservation, asked if we had ordered breakfast etc, so we had to repeat ourself a lot - yes we had ordered with breakfast, we were staying for three nights etc. They also kept asking what page we had our reservation through. Did not seem like they had heard about hotels.com before...

The place was clean, the staff was nice They go and pick us up the first night to leG us to the riad, they were so friendly, but they rent our room, they give us another room in other riad, than was better than this one.

Favorite place in Moroc3

It was one of my favorite places to stay on our whole trip because of the hospitality the service and the pool I enjoyed it and would definitely stay there any time I'm in Marakesh

Great experience & lovely staff

The staff were all so lovely, helpful and generous and helped to make me feel very at home in Marrakech. It was a great experience and i'm very thankful.

Personnel sympathique, Riad en état moyen ! Dommage que le petit déjeuner soit facturé alors qu il est annoncé inclus sur le site mais comme le personnel ne parle pas français ni anglais difficile à l expliquer où ils ne veulent pas comprendre réellement ! Sinon rapport qualité prix correct ! Pdj copieux

A traditional Riad in a great location in Marrakech. Close to all the sites. Our room was cleaned daily. The bed was very comfortable. The rooftop terrace was great to either sunbathe or relax in the evening. The breakfast was great and well worth the little extra. They also offer fantastic excursions and day trips at good prices. You are picked up from the Riad. Great service. Ayoub, Nora, and the rest of the staff were so kind and friendly and made our stay very special. Manny thanks and we will be back again.

El riad es confortable y el personal muy atento y simpatico. El punto negativo es que en la web de Expedia incluye desayuno y no es asi. Asi que el punto negativo es la web por publicidad engañosa
