While most of the hotel staff were warm and welcoming, our experience at the steakhouse on November 10, 2024, was disappointing. Some staff, particularly an older female server and a curly-haired male server, were rude and impatient.
When one friend briefly left for the restroom, the older female server refused to take our order, insisting we wait for them to return. Despite explaining we could order for our friend, she rudely walked away after urging us to hurry them up. Later, when another friend finished their meal and tried to order again, the curly-haired male server called the older female server to assist, but she seemed unwilling. When yet another friend tried to order an additional dish, the older female server refused, claiming we could only order twice—a rule we were not informed of beforehand.
Despite the poor service, we left a tip. Initially, I liked this hotel, but this experience ensures I won’t return. I hope future guests won’t face such unpleasant treatment and will be served with respect and warmth.
