Citizen hotel

Great location, right on the corner of Mustakillik square. Relatively new and surprisingly quiet. Friendly staff and overall great place :)

We stay 2 days at beginning of our trip and because we liked we repeat last day and the lady remembered us.she have us an early checking and 4 small souvenirs.really nice stay and big breakfast

This hotel has nothing to offer. Very unfriendly and slow check in. The room is very very old and smells. The tv and AC was not working. The breakfast was buffet style. Everything Cold an not fresh prepared. There was no coffee served and one Jung Girl was working By herself trying to please everyone. I spoke with the manager about this situation And ignored me very arrogant. I not recommend the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located and a 100m from the metro. I do not think that it was built as a hotel and for this reason our room was the size of a tennis court which was just what we needed as we were packing on the last day or our holiday. We were leaving very in the morning so did not have time for breakfast. There was plenty of parking and the staff members were very helpful.

Hotels.com'dan indirimli aldığım için sanırım otelin en kötü, otel binasının en kıyıda köşede kalmış odasını verdiler. İndirim de çok büyük bir indirim değildi. Böyle bir otel odasında bir mini buzdolabı bile yokru. Oda için pis diyemem ama bakımsız bir odayıydı, otelin ismine hiç yakışmıyor. I think, because I won a discount from Hotels.com, they gave me the worst room of the hotel in the worst place of the room. for the worst hotel. The discount was also not a huge discount. 部屋は綺麗で広く満足できました。 朝食のビュッフェは美味しかったです。

한번에 도심을 다 둘러볼 수 있는 전망이 아주 좋은 호텔입니다. 주변에는 밤에도 낮에도 즐길 거리가 많았습니다.

Teníamos una reserva confirmada desde hacía semanas, con una tarifa no reembolsable, y cuando llegamos a Tashkent después de un viaje nocturno de ocho horas en tren, la habían cancelado. Según ellos, habían intentado comunicarse con nosotros sin éxito, pero no habíamos recibido ni llamadas ni email. Al menos nos consiguieron habitación en otro hotel de la cadena, pero en las afueras de la ciudad y de menor categoría. Muy mal.
