Carballo was a fantastic host. He is such a friendly and generous man. He is also a professional cook and made us the most incredible meal - the best of our entire trip. The room was smart and comfortable, with a hot shower, AC, fan and fridge. The house had a lovely covered garden area where we ate, with a fish pond. The location is about 20-30 mins walk from the beach - check it on Google Maps as the map on hotels.com isn’t correct. But it was fine for us.
