"Clean rooms, amazing staff very professional and helpful. The only thing that was annoying a bit was waiting for the elevator. The elevator is slow and had to opt going down the stairs instead of waiting. On the positive side it made me reach my steps goal faster😉. Location is very nice and the weather was perfect. Each night I had the opportunity to criss the street from the hotel and go sit down on the beach and listen to the waves and look at the horizon. Such a relaxing experience after a long day of walking and touring places. "
"The service was great. I was using GPS to try and find the hotel and it wasn't working. I finally went back to the airport called the hotel and they gave me another meeting point and then guided me into the right area. I would have never have found it on my own. They also helped me with directions to my next location in case I ran into the same issue. The room was clean well stocked I would stay there again. I have mobility issues and this hotel was well equipped to accommodate my needs."
"Staff were very friendly and helpful. I got there really early and they kept my luggage for me. The room was clean and comfortable, lots of pressure in the shower. Unfortunately packets of soap and shampoo instead of dispensers. Are hard to open when wet.
Very convenient walking to the botanical garden, Gilbrafaro castle, the harbour, the old town and the bus station. "
