"A Truly Memorable Stay at Kanifushi! We absolutely loved our holiday at Kanifushi! The resort is stunning – from the lush surroundings to the beautifully maintained facilities, everything was picture-perfect. One of the biggest highlights for us was the convenience of the all-inclusive offering, which made the experience feel effortless and relaxing from start to finish. The quality of service was truly outstanding. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. A special shoutout to Hamsi, our dedicated host, who was nothing short of amazing – warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was another standout. The buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that changed daily – a real treat for food lovers. The only small downside was the snorkelling – the resort doesn’t have direct access to a barrier reef, so if you’re keen to explore underwater life, you’ll need to book an excursion. That said, the experiences available off-resort are still worthwhile. Having bikes available to ride around the island was a lovely bonus and made it even easier to soak in the beauty of the place. Overall, Kanifushi exceeded our expectations in every way. We’re already dreaming of coming back! "

"High ceiling room with old world charm, waking up to the sound of wave, walk into ocean from the villa, attentive staffs, well maintained sites and the food was amazing across all restaurants, only if the weather could be a bit better, this wouldn’t been the trip of lifetime, will definitely come back in a non- raining season. We were warmly welcomed by our personal concierge, Poula, who went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. He and his team arranged a stunning private dinner setup and helped us book an incredible professional photographer. We ended up purchasing two albums because we simply couldn’t choose from all the amazing photos. This place gave us the perfect balance of peace and adventure. We originally came to celebrate our anniversary but were gifted a once-in-a-lifetime experience we will never forget. I’ll definitely miss this place and can’t wait to return with my family."

"this is an amazing property the staff are amazing and very caring and accommodating. the island is great and there are many different excursions you can go on. it is very safe and all the local people on the island are sooo welcoming there is a mosque which is a 5min walk from the hotel. we had the penthouse room and it was amazing they decorated the room for us aswel and the views were amazing "

"What a place! Reethi Beach Resort surpassed all our expectations. Our overwater villa was beautiful, and the house reef is incredible - even just snorkeling a few metres from the beach, we saw turtles, sharks, and countless fish. The food was excellent. The main buffet had plenty of variety and themed evenings, and there were always some fresh cooking stations. We also ate at Reethi Grill twice (delicious) and had lunch at Moodhu a few times, where we saw sharks and rays swimming below. Lastly, the staff were all lovely and very friendly. If you're looking for a relaxed, authentic stay in the Maldives, where the marine life comes first and the WiFi comes last, this is the place for you. It was the perfect place to switch off and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff mentioned that the resort is being refurbished very soon, and I really hope it keeps its charm."

Room was beautiful (though I caught my foot on an ill-maintained wood plank by my pool causing a large splinter). So much about our trip was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended "

"I was here previously, decided to come for a 20 day stay to recharge.. They really let the place go downhill in every way. I felt like I was doing a spotting job rather than having a vacation especially the first week.simple things like painting rusted things all over the island. Not clearing garbage that washes onto the beach, which I and other guests would put up high on the beach figuring they did a walk around daily. No, same garbage was not even noticed because the management doesn't care. I made my complaints and was told that some quality control expert was coming and they would have the island in shape by December. Lot of good that did me momentarily.it was things that were not even hard to do, simply there was no will. And it wasn't the staff, it's management..Actually had by chance the same room from years ago and saw the same issues not attended to. The food was also low quality, I avoided breakfast, out of 19 nights, maybe 5 breakfasts. Any juices put out we're heavy sugar and they spared every expense. Not a banana in sight the last 10 days of my stay.. I offered to gladly do a walk with the general manager and show him how to fix the place up in a matter of days with staff on hand. Didn't care.. then there is the smoking. Staff quarters are close and obviously no one is told to go to a further section of the small island to smoke. When you're out taking the air on a walk it's not pleasant to suck in a huge amount of smoke. Much more. Bye Dfaru. Disappointed "
