"This resort was beautiful, the nature, the staffs were so nice and welcoming. Our contemporary 2 bedroom suites was a dream. The view was amazing. Although the beach had seaweed, The Crane offered a shuttle bus to Carlisle Bay every day roundtrip which was breathtaking. You were able to visit Bridgetown as well! My family will definitely return."

"I'm sorry, but the place was dirty and kind of run down. It could be nice if they gave it a very, very good clean - the location near the airport is very good. But as it was, the bathroom looked downright menacing - complete with obviously unwashed sink (unwashed for a long time), dirty toilet bowl even with a few complimentary pubic hairs. "The resort looks great, rooms are spacious and clean and staff are helpful. A few areas of improvement. O ne, service can be inconsistent and slow. We had a couple of issues with missing towels and a clogged sink which we had to prompt about a couple of times before it was resolved. A few of the cocktail options listed at bar was not available due to missing ingredients. For a day or two that can be understandable, but not for the full week. Lastly a suggestion. It would be great to have an ice...

"My stay at Jem Gems was excellent. The host picked me up at the airport and was there on time. She was very friendly and polite. The room was very clean and spacious. "Hotel was good. Staff was great. I enjoyed the food as well. Has a fridge and micrI would stay here again. Outside area can be noisy cause of the main road. I was fine, but light sleepers might find it annoying at times. The beach is just a short walk down the street, so is the Sandals Resort. Two more resorts can be reached along the beach before things get too rocky for walking. Oistins Fish Market and Massy grocery store are a short drive away by taxi."
