"Booked an executive suite for our wedding anniversary. Nothing wrong with the suite but myself and my husband aren’t late night partygoers so just like a few drinks, nice food and then watch a bit of tv snuggled up in bed…..however no tv in the bedroom and only a very small 2 seater sofa in the living room where the tv is so left us a bit disappointed. Also I think the old executive lounge was a lot better ambience wise. The food and drink was excellent in the lounge but I felt like we were sitting in a glass square box rather than a nice chilled out area as the old lounge was so again a bit disappointed. Still enjoyed our stay but not sure if we’d stay their again."

"Amazing 2 night stay. Very comfortable, clean and accommodating. All staff were very friendly. We recommend booking room with lounge access, this was a nice little treat we didn’t expect, with free bar between 5-7pm. Good location, only a 10 min walk into the city. Overall great experience !! "This is our go to hotel whenever we come to Leeds ,we love the ambiance and the hospitality offered by our hosts and the sense of being part of a family by the welcoming we receive every time we stay .Its location is ideal central to the wonderful night life offered and the shopping experience too. "

"Friendliest front desk and wait staff. Nice breakfast. Full breakfast with menu options plus buffet. Buffet only was a bit limited, but had good fruit. Room cleaning staff did fantastic job, just a bit over eager in the mornings, knocking on your door every 5-10 minutes!"

"We stayed here for two nights whilst attending an event locally and it was excellent, we particularly liked the availability of fresh milk and cold water at the end of the corridor. We also ate in the restaurant on two evenings and the food was delicious. Would definitely stay there again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel,it was handy for walking into Harrogate town centre. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and had a bath and shower. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The hotel has plenty of communal areas to enjoy sitting in or outside as well there are lovely gardens to sit in. "

"Check in staff were very friendly and informative. Easy walking distance to the Royal Armouries. While I didn't reserve the room with the breakfast option, we were able to purchase it separately. In the future I would make I included it. "

"Everything is fine except the bed was a bit weird, the sound came out of the mattress springs when I turned my body. "

"We thought overall the bed was large and comfortable but the pillows were way to hard. I would have liked the option of a softer pillow. Also a fridge would be very nice."

"Clean quiet and comfortable all I needed"

"Absolutely could not fault the staff. The room was clean and we enjoyed being close to York St John University and the shopping hub of the city centre. The food was okay although at breakfast there was sometimes bits missing or run out- no hot water for tea, run out of sausages, etc…. The staff were very attentive and the little texts to check in on us during our stay were lovely. "

" Our first visit to Harrogate. Came to see our grandsons passing out parade, at the army barracks Had a great stay at doubletree. Was given a great room. Swimming pool and spa was excellent. Perfect for visiting Harrogate. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The only bad thing was the car parking charge . Would like to return, but not sure we want to pay the car park charge."

"Great location with wonderful Victorian era architecture and vibes. The staff were absolutely fabulous, especially the bartender. The food is delicious (the pizza at the bar was the best I had in the UK!), with great selection at the breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed, small bathroom, but that’s to be expected in an older hotel. Love the history! Byron stayed there once upon a time. Strong recommend if you’re in Harrogate."

"White Heart is a cracking hotel for staying at Harrogate, situated in good location the room large enough bed comfortable bathroom had over the bath shower it nice to have a room with a bath, great for relaxing after a busy day. "

"Great overnight stay! Rooms very clean, beds were comfortable and it was very quiet especially for a Friday night! Rooftop bar was also lovely. Only downside was the parking was quite expensive compared to surrounding car parks. However this definitely would not stop us staying here again. "
