**Review: Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend**
Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the room was okay, my children’s room had no hot water, and there was a horrible smell coming from the sink whenever it was turned on.
We arrived late at night and asked the receptionist about breakfast times. He informed us that breakfast starts at 8:00 AM but assured us that if we needed it earlier, we could request it. When I asked if he was the receptionist, he confirmed, so I requested breakfast for 6:00 AM, and he agreed.
However, at 6:10 AM, when we were ready for breakfast, we found the restaurant closed and dark, with no one in sight. The reception area was also dark and unattended. I had to call the hotel to figure out what was going on, and after some time, the same receptionist showed up to make us breakfast. To make matters worse, the breakfast was not included with the room, and by the time it was ready, it was too late for us to eat.
Overall, this experience was very frustrating, and I won’t be staying at this hotel again.
