Loved this hotel
We loved our stay at Casa Hoyos. The location was perfect- easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff here is amazing- they helped us get restaurant reservations and transportation when needed. They were always friendly and fun to chat with. We had an early tour one day and they accommodated us for breakfast a little early (our only issue is 8:30 am was a little late for us). Highly recommend Casa Hoyos!

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and had great maid service. The rooftop bar/lounge had spectacular views of city. No complaints from family members who used room. The location of the hotel was at the heart of the city with easy walking access to parks, churches, shops, and restaurants.

This is a very unique boutique hotel. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast is included and is quite good. the Ghar restaurant is some of the best Indian food I have ever had. Bekeb, rooftop bar is a great place to unwind after a long day of sight seeing and offers an excellent view of the sunset. The property is in easy walking distance to most of the attractions. This is a great hotel. We will be staying again the next time we are in San Miguel de Allende.

The hotel is very pretty and in a great location. It has a nice breakfast included. But it has a rooftop bar that is open nightly for outside crowds with loud music till midnight at which point you hear as it is emptying out and being cleaned. People walk freely throughout the hotel to access the rooftop which I thought was strange even though it doesn’t feel unsafe.

A beautiful stay in SMA
Our stay at Casa Hoyos was absolutely excellent. The staff were awesome; every time we needed anything they were always courteous and attentive. The rooms were exactly as shown, well-kept and clean, impeccably designed, and the bed was really comfortable. The location is great; very walkable to everything in the Zona Centro and safe. We also utilized the private driver service to and from Leon airport, and I highly recommend that instead of doing the drive yourself.

The style of the hotel is unique, the location is near everything you need. Personally I don't like soft beds, here beds are extra soft. Liked continental breakfast but restaurant needs more typical Mexican style food since its menu has a great style of dishes but not traditional ones like enchiladas, mole, quesadillas, plates with eggs, chilaquiles, tortas, caldos, etc..

Truly enjoyed our stay at Casa Hoyos. Christopher, who greeted us was very pleasant. This is a great place for honeymooners, especially the master suite with a jacuzzi. The swimming pool is a bit small. The roof top view is amazing. They only serve continental breakfast: coffee, fresh fruit with yogurt and toast, which was tasty. The only negative: I wished they had a refrigerator in the room.

The staff was awesome! Friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable. Needed a round on ground floor and switched to a ground floor with upgrade at no charge. It’s a boutique hotel and very clean. Close to town square which is within a 5 minute walk. Not on a big bill as some other hotels are. Would stay again and recommend. Don’t forget the rooftop with some of the best views of the city.

This was our first hotel during our stay at San Miguel de Allende and it was by far our favorite for the following reasons. 1. Staff was so friendly and nice! 2. The hotel is just gorgeous. Lots of photo ops. 3. The rooms are clean, beautiful, well stocked with necessities, and air conditioned. 4. The rooftop is gorgeous and has great drinks. 5. Conveniently located at the city center. I will be returning to Casa Hoyos!
