During my recent stay at Residence Inn, I had a generally positive experience, although there were a few aspects that could use improvement.
First, the highlights: the hotel’s pool area was fantastic—spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The service throughout my stay was excellent; the staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. Another strong point was the hotel’s on-site dining options, which exceeded my expectations. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was a treat, with a menu that offered both variety and quality.
However, breakfast was a different story. While the food itself was decent, the breakfast area felt cramped and chaotic, especially during peak hours. It was difficult to navigate, and seating was limited. Expanding the space or reorganizing the setup would significantly enhance the experience.
One other thing to note is the hotel’s location. While peaceful, it is situated quite a distance from the city center and major attractions. Guests are essentially dependent on taxis, private cars, or other transportation methods to get around. This isn’t necessarily a dealbreaker, but it’s worth considering if convenience is a priority.
Overall, Residence Inn offers good amenities and excellent service, but it could benefit from improvements in its breakfast setup and a more central location to make it a more accessible option for travelers.
