The positives: The free parking was really convenient and made things easier for us. The front desk staff, both in the morning and evening, were incredibly nice and accommodating, they even giving us two extra bags of ice, which was really appreciated. The room itself was clean, and I liked that there were two sinks—definitely helpful if you’re traveling with someone else. The shower had decent water pressure, which is always a plus.
Unfortunately, the toilet was leaking, which was a bit of a hassle. The area wasn’t particularly quiet. The beds weren’t very comfortable either. The room didn’t come with a microwave or fridge—just a coffee maker—which was a bit limiting.
The building itself felt old, and the bathroom floor was quite slippery, so be cautious there. Also, the lighting in the room wasn’t great—there weren’t enough lamps, so we had to open the window during the day to get enough light in.
Overall, while the staff was wonderful and the room was clean, there were a few things that impacted our stay. With a few upgrades, it could definitely be a more enjoyable experience.
