Hotel is meg, night staff are rude.
Hotel itself wasn’t so bad. Check in staff on Friday night was pleasant and apologized that the room we booked on Hotels.com didn’t look like what we wanted. I was shown a room that had a bedroom with a wall and door, and then a separate seating area. We ended up with just a long room with a couch. Thanks for misleading me Hotels.com
But main reason for the 1 star review was the extremely rude night staff. Since I didn’t have a separate room, I chose to set up my gaming laptop in the lobby. Despite three people very close to me eating and laughing quite loudly, it was my table that was violently banged on and rudely informed that “I have rooms on the ground floor and can’t have that, you need to be quiet”
I was just chatting with my teammates. No yelling or screaming, just normal volume talking.
Seriously, just “hey man, can you possibly talk a bit quieter” or something to that effect would have worked. Smacking and shaking my table with my very expensive laptop on it, not cool.
So, won’t be returning here again.
