Dear Radisson Blu Waterfront Team,
I recently stayed at your hotel for two nights, and I would like to share some concerns regarding my experience.
I chose your property and paid a higher rate specifically for a “Burj Khalifa View” room. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that a new building, which has been under construction for over three months, obstructs most of the view. The current marketing photos and descriptions still promote an unobstructed Burj Khalifa view, which is misleading, as only the top portion of the tower is visible from the room.
Additionally, I faced issues with the air conditioning and shower during my stay. Both were inconsistent, working only part of the time, which significantly affected my comfort.
Another concern was the housekeeping service. On the second day, the room was not serviced, and essential amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion were left almost empty and not replenished adequately.
While the hotel itself is beautiful and the reception staff provided outstanding service, these issues impacted my overall experience, especially since I chose your hotel and paid a premium for specific features that were not delivered as expected.
