We arrived at the hotel with my wife on Wednesday, and the room was cleaned for the first time on Saturday. I think I don’t need to say more, other than I ended up with an asthma crisis on Friday night. I asked for a refund for the total lack of cleaning service, which the hotel refused. Their answer was that the cleaning staff was new and inexperienced, that’s why they skipped our room. So they recognised their mistake but didn’t want to pay for it, as nothing happened. But of course I had to pay in full for the “services” they provided.
