Our room was outdated and in need of repair. The toilet "ran" and although we requested maintenance 3 times, it never happened. The ironing board was broken (which WAS replaced), the toilet paper holder fell apart and on the floor and shower faucet handle was very loose. The tub area was very dingy. Beds were very comfortable though and TV updated with many channels available. 25 floors or so with only three elevators. The hotel has an occupancy surge during baseball season, and people were 30-40 deep in line at each elevator. The staff elevator was even opened to the public to help with the overflow. THAT was why we received no toilet service call the last evening. However, maintenance should have gone to the front of the line of the staff elevator and come directly up when the manager promised immediate service. We were given free breakfast tickets for Sunday morning, and the food was very good. Had we not worked through Expedia, he would have adjusted the room rate. As with any hotel, the rates are "jacked up" when there's an event in the locale. This Hilton was not worth the $390 we paid based on the quality of the room. It was what you'd expect for $150.
