The staff at the front desk were the best. In spite of signs, I didn't realize that housekeeping was every 3 days. When I went down on the 2nd day to ask for towels, "No problem!" And we had a friendly chat.
The breakfast was good for vegetarians, and 4 out of the 6 of us who stayed there are veggies. We are 3 sisters and their husbands, staying to visit the 4th sister who lives in Boston. She was in the hospital.
What you could improve on: Wiping the tables in the lobby..... dust and small objects.... Removing signs from the rooms that promise new towels if you leave old ones on the bathroom floor.
The price is such a bargain, and -- as I said -- the staff are dedicated and helpful. And the flowers etc outside are outstanding!
We enjoyed eating in Randolph. Staff were great about making suggestions.
