The service was excellent. My reservation through Hotels.com has been incorrectly delivered to the hotel, and I was advised to call Hotels.com to sort the problem out. After 20 minutes of trying to reach Hotels.com by phone, but the website, or by the Hotels.com app, I was unable to get through to anyone and was caught in an endless loop of asking for a password reset.
The reception person finally called me over and said she could come up with a way to solve the problem, and I wouldn't have to share a bed with my school-age son. We were able to make it work, thankfully.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Minor repairs were only partially done, and there was dust from tile work and few broken panels on the furniture, but nothing that caused any inconvenience.
