When I checked in Carmil, had informed me that my reservation was cancelled. He stated that was what the system told him. He stated I had to call someone. I asked who, he stated the third party that I booked with. He stated he could walk me in at a rate and that hotels.com would refund me. I informed him that I booked a non refundable. And it wasn’t refundable. He stated I had to call. I called and of course they were closed with it being almost midnight. I called Wyndham and closed. I texted the Wyndham customer care number and they stated my reservation was active. Carmil told me I had to call them. I informed him it was a text line. He stated that Wyndham didn’t have that. And that my reservation was still cancelled and that he couldn’t find it. Then it turned out from the other worker, that my reservation was accidentally checked in not cancelled.
