It started at my check in. the receptionist told me because Expedia didnt pay them, so if I wanted to stay, I had to pay for myself. I was stunned, I have never experienced that with Expedia. The guy and the guy next to him, their attitude was so so bad, rude and unprofessional. Made me feel humiliated. And he also said this was not the first time, happened a lot with Expedia, Agoda etc... There was nothing they could do. I had to pay to get a room. Even though that was corrected an hour later or so... but again no explanation on what had happened. If that was fault on Expedia or the hotel?? If according to that guy, they couldnt and wouldnt contact Expedia, how did they find out Expedia pay them later? More ridiculous thing to come, the next day, we checked out at 11:00am, and went back to the hotel to get our luggage at around 3:00pm. We asked if we could use their washroom, and the receptionist told us "No", because the drain was broken. I hope Expedia can blacklist this hotel... I swear I will not stay at this hotel again!!
