A gem of a hotel. Ideally located near the arc De Triomphe this hotel offers fantastic service, delicious food and the room was very clean and well stocked with everything needed for a stay. Had a fantastic family stay here. We stayed in the suite and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was in a great location and was very clean and comfortable. What made this stay extraordinary was when the Chef Concierge Yannick Tonnellier got on his motorbike and personally delivered one of our forgotten bags to us at the airport. We were so thankful for this act of kindness and this exceeded our expectations of hospitality. Would never stay anywhere else in Paris.

The property was located in a great area closed to the Arc of Triumph so was very easy to walk from and to the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean, big and with all the needs I expected. The prices at the mini bar were extremely expensive, for example just a tea was 8 euros, which is outrageous The day we did the check in we decided to get breakfast at the hotel, that was a big mistake because was not included for that day, we paid 38 euros per person -the rest of the days our breakfast was included in the rate. The last day we did the check out very early and we couldn't get breakfast but the hotel did not want to recognize that. Overall it was a nice and safe hotel. Well kept and comfortable.
