I recently stayed at the Handlery Hotel in San Diego, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The check-in process was slow, and the front desk staff seemed uninterested in addressing guest concerns. I had an issue with my reservation, and instead of helping resolve it efficiently, they were dismissive and unhelpful, making the start of my stay frustrating.
Cleanness was an issue. The bathroom was even more problematic—the toilet was clogged upon arrival, which should have been noticed and fixed before guests were checked in.
