Overall, the property is wonderful, but the staff, particularly the receptionists, are not very friendly. The ladies seem reluctant to do their jobs; they either take an excessively long time to assist guests or, when they finally do help, they often get it wrong. This is my biggest complaint— the resort really needs to invest in friendlier staff. They are unhelpful and seem indifferent to any concerns you might have.
Additionally, there was a dining area that was clearly overcrowded, yet they continued to serve breakfast, resulting in a wait of 40 to 50 minutes. You would think they would extend the breakfast hours to accommodate guests, but they did not. The service was just terrible. The customer service was very disappointing.
