Have the hotel amenities available to the guests listed on the sign on the front desk at time of check in or remove the sign. The restaurant was closed, the spa in the pool not operating, the complimentary adult beverage not available due to the restaurant being closed I guess, the room we got, no phone, if I needed to call the front desk I had to use my cell phone to text the front desk. The air/heating unit in the room was not functioning properly when I texted the front desk they were not very prompt at responding. When they finally responded they said that they were sorry but they only have one maintenance person working. After traveling all day and we wanted to shower and relax so I asked for an ETA . Then a few minutes later they got someone to show up and his answer was to turn off the power at the wall plug because the button on the unit was broken off the unit. Then when you took a shower the hot water would go from very hot to cold then back to very hot. The only good thing was the bed was very comfortable . We had a return night booked 5 days later, we decided to give them another chance but it was not much better. The restaurant was still not open and the hot tub was still not working and the water in the spa was a disgusting grey. When we went to the front desk that was when we were told it was broken and that there should be a sign on it which there was no sign and a little girl was in the water.
