We found the hotel quite good overall. Clean, nice rooms, friendly staff. However, we found the flair at breakfast negative (we had only booked breakfast): Breakfast room too full, too noisy, queues in front of the coffee machines etc, the first few days we struggled to find a free table - at different times. There can also be bottlenecks at the beach and at the pool if the hotel is well booked (of course there are - like everywhere else - the towel layers - no sign of guest for hours). The beach is also limited to the hotel, so longer beach walks are not possible. But that is probably typical for Hurghada/Egypt.
