We had an excellent experience staying here during our short trip to Kamloops. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was superb in the facilities it offered. I will highly recommend this place to stay for anyone planning a trip to Kamloops. I'm in a power wheelchair and I booked a wheelchair accessible room. I found the room was a tight fit and the bed was a too soft king bed and too low, which made it very hard to get out of. The toilet was too low which also made it hard to get off of. If you could have a seat riser available would be a help.Thank you for the great service throughout the hotel. I did like the shower as it was easily accessible. Thank you for your consideratiom of this matter, Bradley Jack
