Hotel seemed to be understaffed or not properly trained, perhaps due to the snow storm. The food was great, but drinks etc were not. We ordered drinks at the Living Room at lunchtime, both drinks seemed out of proportion or watered down and had to be remade. We ordered drinks at the Living Room after dinner and it took 20 minutes to get service and over 30 more minutes to get our drinks. The manager apologized and sent a cheese plate to our room, which was very nice, but was promised within "5 minutes" but took closer to 45 minutes. Then the fire alarm started and continued for over an hour into the night, with blaring sounds and loudspeaker messages that were repetitive and disproportionate to the nature of the alarm. Therefore, it was not a restful stay.
