I would like to commend the front desk young lady named Precious! She lives up to her name well. Management did not portray professionalism nor hospitality at all and never greeted us.
Firstly, we were greeted with staff hovering around the front desk area. Proceeded to the elevator to go to our room and discovered that the lamp on the left side of the bed did not work, so I couldn’t charge my phone close to me just in case a call came through. Secondly, feeling very cold wanted to use the coffee maker for hot tea, however, it was screaming from the dust and dirt that has settled on it for a very long time. Now I have to get dressed and go to the lobby for hot water in which I was too tired to even be bothered. The wait was 2 days after check in for this small issue that was promised to be resolved the 1st day. Of course, the same coffee maker was still in the room upon check out 5days later. Thirdly, $17 for breakfast to sit there and stare at dead bugs in the window sill. Old rooms need to be remolded/updated.
