The hotel itself is amazing - perfect place. The staff can not do enough for you, always smiling and nothing is too much trouble.
The pool area is great.
Breakfast is perfect and has everything you could need.
The shuttle boat to icon or the pier is great.
My only downside is the location although on the river and it’s the best hotel we have stayed in Bangkok all the times we have been I just felt the location was too far out of the main areas but nothing a grab or bolt didn’t solve.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived ,friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Despite the hotel being busy, there was always a sun lounger available when you wanted some downtime. The rooms were lovely, spotlessly clean, and I had a great night’s sleep. The gym was unbelievable, with high quality equipment that really stood out. I can’t wait to stay again the next time I’m in Bangkok.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are huge, and the food is great.
Despite it being in a huge city the hotel seem very quiet as well.
It's a small oasis in Bangkok.
