Had to change room. The heating machine was making noise. The other room the shower was malfunctioning, no pressure half of the water was going to the bath instead of the showerheads. A plumber needs to check it! They also charge you 20$ for outside parking.

This is an exquisite hotel abounding with old world charm and a relaxed resort style layout. You feel as if you have stepped into an earlier period in French history. The outside amenities are truly impressive. They have a beautiful waterfall with lovely gardens surrounding the property. There is a fabulous pool and jacuzzi to enjoy. The rooms are very modern with an old fashioned twist. The restaurant and bar offer great food with a nice ambiance. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to capture the essence and beauty of Quebec City.

This is our 2nd visit at BE, it’s been about 9 years since our last visit and we remembered how comfortable the mattresses were, we enjoyed both stays and had a great nights sleep. There are 3 restaurants on site, not all open at the same time, but the food is delicious and the beautiful courtyard and pool area feel like a little tropical oasis in the middle of the suburbs. The staff was friendly and helpful. Look forward to visiting again.

The property felt like a mini resort just a short drive to the venter of Quebec City. Travelled with parents and a 7 yr old. Lots of fun activities, from the candy bar to roasting marshmallows to watching Olympics with popcorn. A very positive experience.
