I did not check in, I got there the check in lady was rude wasn't going to let me do my check so I did a check in threw Expedia and paided threw Expedia, but then after she checked me in she demanded money, I could not give it to her, so she said she cancelled my reservation and I had to call Expedia to get are refund back, but when I Expedia to get my refund they said they couldn't give me my money back, because the check in lady check us in and didn't cancel it like she said, I am out 72 dollars for something that is not my fault, and while I was there she was trying to get more money from other people, and trying to charge way more then the rooms cost, she made alot of people unhappy, I have a child with low functioning autism and he did not understand what happened and had a meltdown and an anxiety attack.
