Belleville Baymont GM Vinny is the worst
This was the absolute worst hotel experience I've ever had. I was not given the correct room (reserved a king and received a full), there were popcorn kernels all over the room, the parking lot was full of ice (including handicap parking, see photo), the GM Vinny was the most rude, conceited, unapologetic and unfriendly person I've ever met in the hospitality business. I arrived late at night and brought up my concerns in the morning. The hotel asked me to contact hotels.com to address my request to leave with refund. They were unhelpful and neither party worked to resolve the issue, blaming one another. I checked out he morning after my first night with the understanding my second night would be refunded. Baymont and Hotels.com said I had to go to the other and neither happened. I will continue to push the issue until it is made right. I questioned Vinny's employees and they are fearful of him. They bring up concerns to no avail.
