The property was safe, clean, accommodating, The hotel staff was cooperative and helpful. The Only Dissatisfaction was having to deal with Expedia customer service Policies and inflexibility on date booking mistakes made by your software. You did not deliver. The hotel had Good customer service thank goodness for the hotel chain they did a better job in providing customer service. And their quoted prices for the nights desired were less expensive than Expedia pricing. That’s puzzling?
My expectation For myself is not to use your services in the future and use other providers or hotels directly
The reason of my direction changing the future is because the Lack of Flexibility Which was frustrating and unaccommodating and the difficultly to dealing with your policies and your emails. Hope you’re able to stay in business.
An example l I was told before the month started that the requested change would be no problem in doing the changes I requested.
And then, after the first of the month When I called back to check on the changes on Monday morning and talking with another staff member other than the original contact, everything seem to come to a screeching halt when I checked on it, the changes requested were not made.I I tried to make a change it cost more money because you weren’t able to flex with your policy. Wow bless your heart.
