Although the photos show what looks to be a fairly modern hotel, it is a dressed-up 1960s stye Motel.
Room was clean and renovated, but there were gaps in the outside door, and public/common areas were in rough shape. Breakfast was offered and was fine, but the room was way too small, and it was a typical pre-fab budget hotel breakfast.
Parking lot was too small for the property, and I saw some vehicles boxed in first thing in the morning.
Understand that hotels near Disney charge a premium, but this is simply a cleaned up old motel.
