We were upgraded from a standard room, so that was a lovely gesture. The room we were in had two queen beds, so plenty of room to lay out our your luggage. Room had an air-conditioner, which was needed as the room (summer) got quite warm.
The pool was great, it was heated as advertised and had a hand rail, so if you have minor accessibility requirements like dodgy knees it was great. (I've noticed not all pools have this feature).
The car park is not close to the rooms, though there are plenty of parks available in the open air car park. So, if you have a lot of luggage and are on the second level this may be an issue. A lovely staff member helped me with my suitcase, so that was very helpful.
