Never EVER staying again!!!!
Expectations not met. A complete inventory of lacking services, amenities, and cleanliness based on room reserved.
1-check in fine, allowed early check-in but had to finalize the with charge and signature after and in room.
2-In Room phone did not work. Rceivd call from front desk, could hear them, they could not hear me.
3-ADA light did not work.
4-bathroom had spot cleaning, hair on hygiene bottles in shower and sink. I Spent 20 minutes cleaning bathroom.
5-shower curtain missing, shower sprays heavily into bathroom and walls, walks rotting.
6-kitchenette amenities missing. No pots/pans.
7-floor at entry sticky, not cleaned.
8-Silly String on ceiling and light fixture.
9-film on built in table. Spent 10 minutes cleaning kitchen.
10-no heat or air. Did not work.
11-could not prepare any meals as no working equipment available in room or at front desk.
12-checked out early. Did not stay 2nd night of reservation after that.
We did not receive the quality of services the property claims to include. Nor the cost of the room for an ADA room. Absolutely horrible!
Everything in the room needs to be cleaned, repaired or replaced. It’s either missing the amenity or it’s broken or dirty. The person who checked us in was advised that there were issues when he called and couldn’t hear me. He came to the room and explains that the repairman wasn’t there but was coming tomorrow. That didn’t happen. So we checked out. I still haven’t received my closed folio!!!
REFUND PLS!!
