Nice hotel, but self check in just sucks. No one to welcome you, no site map, no bellmen to assist with luggage, or help us find our room. No info on dinner reservations, local tours or shows. Zero customer service offered upon arrival, or during hotel stay.
I did see a VIP desk, but no idea what was required to become a VIP, or what the benefits were. No info offered on that.
Uber pick up was about a mile away from front of the hotel. The valet did get me a taxi right away, though, and driver was nice and helpful.
Scanned the QR code to get food options, I call room service, and was told they wont be open til Friday. For $2-300 a night, I expected room service to be avaliable. Bartenders and Employees scattered around the property weren't helpful/didn't know how to get to pool, spa, lobby, different towers, etc. Room was nice, big, beds and pillows were great.
Pool closes WAY TOO EARLY.
*Cocktail servers were excellent in the casino
*Definitely better odds than on the strip. I won almost every time I played slots.
A non-smoking area would be nice, maybe there was one and I couldnt find it.
Good location on Freemont Street.
