It was a great stay enjoyed the hotel but we had a big issue with someone(s) in a near room banging on our door at night. We had to call front desk several times to address the issue but it continued. Made for some uncomfortable nights and we even saw a couple getting a different room on a different floor due to the same issue. Security did come up but to no avail.

I am extremely disappointed and angry about this stay. The type of room I reserved was unavailable. Jason at the front desk put me in a different type room and agreed to compete valet parking for our stay. He did not. I’ve left messages for him to call. He has not. The GM agreed to remedy 10’days ago. He has not. This is beyond disappointing.

Objectively a GREAT choice!
The check in/out process seemed extremely quick and simple at the desk (more so than 95% of hotels I’ve used recently). The room was spacious, clean, and safe. The bed was comfy, the water pressure was high, and the price was VERY reasonable for the quality. The breakfast was AMAZING and the valet was punctual. Loved my stay and will definitely return!

Mixed!
Paid parking and had to park outside in poor weather. Room had loud heating unit. Room didn’t come with breakfast for the price- disappointing. Road construction around the hotel. Would have liked to have known this before booking. Pleasant staff and great view overlooking Plaza.

Nice
Hotel was great! Bar service was iffy, as they said they did not have change for our bill. Parking was a bit much, service reimbursed a customer ahead of me for it but blew me off. Our breakfast was nice however, we didn’t get offered any drinks or coffee till we were leaving. For the price of breakfast one would think they would treat everyone with respect. Other than these things, gorgeous hotel, clean hotel and can’t wait to see what the remodel brings outside.
