Disappointing stay. Before arriving, asked for adjoining rooms or same floor as rest of family. Was put on separate floor. Room I was given smelled of wet dog. Told the front desk, said they were sorry but completely full so could do nothing. Clerk did come up to room with Febreze, acknowledged room smell, sprayed room & left spray with me. Unfortunately, the Febreze gave me a headache. Had to leave window open entire stay. Upon departure once again mentioned to front desk about room smell. Said they were sorry, but were full and did not have time to air out room. Also told me that because I had paid through Expedia they could not adjust the price/give me a break in price.
I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and have to say theirs was poor.
