Unfortunately, our experience began poorly with an extremely unhelpful receptionist at check-in. The hotel's layout made it quite difficult to find our room, and when we returned to reception for assistance, we were simply pointed in the general direction without any real help. After wandering around for some time, we were fortunate to come across a maid who was cleaning nearby — she was very kind and personally showed us to our room.
Our room was located on the third floor, but confusingly, the lift had no button for a third floor. No one at reception explained this to us. Similarly, we were not informed that we needed to change into robes in our rooms before accessing the spa. As a result, we arrived at the spa fully dressed and were sent all the way back to change. The staff at the spa were extremely apologetic for the lack of communication.
Another important note: there is no parking available at the hotel.
I travel frequently and can confidently say that this is not a five-star hotel by any standard. The bathroom amenities were extremely basic — just a small bar of soap and fixed wall dispensers for toiletries. In a true five-star hotel, you would usually expect extras like makeup remover wipes, sewing kits, grooming kits, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. Here, there was none of that.
