As far as the hotel, its actually pretty cool, as its an old hospital converted into these Hyatt properties. Its just the service nowadays. The front desk people were awesome and super nice, but couldn't check anyone in before 3PM which is ludicrous. 200+ rooms don't all get magically cleaned at the exact same time and become available at 3:00 on the nose. It's either hotel policy or Housekeeping's tail that wags the Hotel dog. And don't show up to breakfast with 20 minutes remaining, as there was nothing left, the place was a mess and workers standing around. If you don't care about the breakfast and will be arriving after 3PM, then the place is fine. Not a great neighborhood, but safe inside, and there's on-site parking and Uber's easily available.
